Subsection 02 (COMPONENT INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT)
Tighten bottom nut to 4.5 N•m(40lbf•in).

Activate the throttle lever a few times. Make
sure throttle cam of throttle body rests against
idle speed screw without any tension on the
cable.
Using the VCK with B.U.D.S., perform the wide
open verification. In monitoring tab check if throt-
tle opening is within 82° to 86° when in wide open
position on throttle lever.
Closed Throttle Reset
Perform the Closed Throttle reset as described
in THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR (TPS) in ELEC-
TRONIC MANAGEMENT below.
