5. Disconnect the four gas fl ow tubes from the back of
the EFM (Figure 154).
6. Remove the EFM from the machine. Place it on a
clean surface with the display side down.
7. Remove the two hex screws that secure
each fl ow sensor to the EFM (Figure
155), then retract each push-to-connect
fi tting to remove each fl ow sensor.
8. Using a 3mm hex key, disconnect the
banjo fi tting from the side of the hypoxic
guard block (Figure 156).
