2 1) Turn the ignition switch ON.
2) Measure the cooling fan relay switch side voltage
between the O/Bl wire “A” and ground.
Special tool
(A): 09900–25008 (Multi circuit tester set)
Tester knob indication
Voltage ( )
Cooling fan relay switch side voltage
Battery voltage
((+) terminal: O/Bl – (–) terminal: Ground)
3) If OK, then measure the cooling fan relay coil side
voltage between the O/W wire “B” and ground.

Voltage ( )
Cooling fan relay coil side voltage
Battery voltage
((+) terminal: O/W – (–) terminal: Ground)
Is the voltage OK?
Go to Step 3. Open circuit in the O/Bl
wire or O/W wire.
