Water Pump Disassembly and Assembly

Refer to “Water Pump Removal and Installation
(Page 1F-12)”.
Disassembly
1) Remove the O-rings (1).
2) Remove the water pump body (2) by removing the
screws (3).
3) Remove the O-ring (4).
4) Remove the E-ring (5) and impeller (6).
5) Remove the mechanical seal ring (7) and rubber
seal (8) from the impeller.
6) Remove the mechanical seal with the special tool.
NOTE
If there is no abnormal condition, the
mechanical seal removal is not necessary.
Special tool
