9.1. Messages during Operation
Error message Contents Countermeasure
The current archive drive is
full. Set a new archive drive.
The capacity of the set
archive drive is not sufficient.
Set the archive drive to the drive hav-
ing a sufficient free capacity, and then
start archiving again. For setting the
archive drive, refer to "Changing/Add-
ing Database" on P.213.
Patient information registra-
tion error
ID. = [*]
Note: An optional numeral is
put into *.
Registration of a new patient
has failed.
Check the following items.
1. Do you try to register the patient
with the ID that already exists?
2. Do you use other characters except
the numerical "en" letters?
3. Are the correct data inputted into all
the database items?
4. Is the capacity of the drive where
the photography data is saved insuf-
ficient?
For setting the database of above "3",
refer to "Changing/Adding Database"
on P.213.
The following letters cannot
be used for database name.
"-", "_", "!", "?"
The improper letters are used
for database.
Make a new database that does not
include the unusable letter lines, and
then register it again. For making and
registering a database, refer to
"Changing/Adding Database" on
P.213.
In the disk, there is not a free
capacity enough to save data.
The capacity of the drive to
save the photography data is
not sufficient.
Keep the sufficient free capacity of the
drive to save the photography data.
Then, start photography again.
Failed to Save Data. The capacity of the drive to
save the photography data is
not sufficient.
When this message is displayed,
check the remaining capacity of HDD.
If the capacity is 100MBytes or less,
carry out archiving or other processing
to increase the usable capacity of
HDD.
