ANALYZING TOMOGRAMS
4.7. Glaucoma Analysis in the Macula
"Glaucoma Analysis in the Macula" allows three kinds of thicknesses, NFL (distance between ILM and
NFL), GCL+IPL (distance between NFL and IPL) and NFL+GCL+IPL (distance between ILM-IPL), to be
measured. This helps to observe loss of ganglion cells.
Use conditions
"Glaucoma Analysis in Macula" can be used only for the image photographed by the following
scan protocol.
4.7.1. How to use this function
After capturing a tomogram using the scan protocol available for "Glaucoma Analysis in Macula", save the
data and analysis is automatically done. (See "Saving and Deleting Captured Tomograms" on P.62.) You
can also analyze the data in the Data list. (See "Analyzing Data from the Data list" on P.80.)
