5. Trashmeter turns the trash meter off/on during testing. A
Trashmeter Measurement is generally used whenever color/trash is
measured. This function SHOULD NOT BE TURNED OFF unless
the camera is not working properly.
6. The Moisture Correction field is used to turn ON the moisture
correction calculations during the strength tests.
7. The fields used to indicate the number of tests to be performed for
the micronaire, length/strength, and color/trash tests, are located
at the bottom left of the dialog box beneath the Configure Serial
Transmission.
8. The Lot Limits field contains a drop-down list, which is used to
select a set of lot limits (default or user defined) to be applied to the
test data. (See Chapter 6 2.1.1 in this manual for additional
information)
9. The Color Grade drop-down list is used to select the color chart
to determine where the test color parameters lie.
10. The Units Displayed field offers a choice between English or
Metric units of measurement.
11. Company Name field is where you enter the name of your
company. This name displays at the top of each report.
IMPORTANT:
When any of the tabs in System Configuration are used
and selections are changed, you MUST remember to
select the APPLY button at the bottom of each tab page. If
this is not done before selecting another tab your
changes WILL NOT be saved.
