1. Park the machine on a level surface, lower any attachments to the ground,
engage the parking brake, and remove the key from the ignition.
2. Switch the main circuit breaker to the O
FF position, to de-energize the electrical
system.
3. Lock the roll bar in the up position.
4. If there are work lights or a strobe light mounted to the roll bar locate and
disconnect the electrical connection. Ensure that no wires will be caught on or in
the machine when the roll bar is removed.
CAUTION
The roll bar is heavy and should be supported with a hoist, or another secure
method before the mounting bolts are removed.
5. Securely support the roll bar
.
6. Remove the mounting bolts
and nuts .
7. To install the roll bar, position the roll bar mounting flanges between the rear seat
box panels and outer side panels aligning the mounting holes.
8. Install the mounting bolts.
9. Connect any electrical connectors from work lights or strobe lights that were
disconnected during the removal of the roll bar.
10. Switch the main circuit breaker to the O
N position, to energize the electrical
system.
