3. Check the torque of the pinch bolts Figure 110, item 2 Torque the bolts to 20 Nm
(180 in-lb).

1. Remove any attachments from the machine, park the machine on a level surface,
engage the parking brake, remove the key from the ignition, and switch the circuit
breaker to the O
FF position.
2. Support the rear of the machine with a floor jack, do not lift the rear wheels off the
ground.
3. Disconnect the steering cylinder from the connector link mount.
4. Disconnect the front connector link mounting bolt. Slightly raising or lowering the
floor jack can remove tension from the mounting bolts.
5. Remove the link mount
mounting bolts , and remove the mount from the
machine.
Installing the Connector Link Mount
1. Position the connector link mount Figure 111, item 2 against the front transaxle
and frame with the connector link routed through the mount. Align the mounting
holes and install the eight mounting bolts Figure 111, item 1.
