Mounting bolts

Mounting bolts
1. Remove any attachments from the machine.
2. Park the machine on a level surface, engage the parking brake, and remove the
key from the ignition.
3. Drain the fluid from the front transaxle; refer to Changing the Hydraulic Fluid,
page 5–20.
4. Lift and securely support the affected side of the machine and chock the wheels;
refer to Jacking Instructions, page 1–6.
5. Support the transaxle with a jack or other secure method.
6. Remove the wheel; refer to Removing and Installing the Wheels, page 7–11.
7. Remove the six mounting bolts
from the axle housing mounting flange.
8. Remove the five mounting bolts
, remove the axle housing assembly and o-ring
from the machine.
9. Install a new o-ring onto the end of the axle housing, position the housing in the
machine aligning the mounting holes.
10. Install the mounting bolts.
11. Install the wheel and add fluid to the hydraulic system.
