6161 Compati Sets the 6161-compatible operation to ON or OFF.
OFF: Normal operation
ON: 6161-compatible operation

MAINTE Sets the maintenance and inspection-related parameters.
Self Test Executes the self test.
For more information, refer to Section 5.5.6, "Self Test."
Display Test Executes a test for the display and the panel keys.
For more information, refer to Section 5.5.6, "Self Test."
Relay Counter Displays the maximum relay count.
Option Displays the existence of options.
Serial No. Displays the serial number.
Calibration SW Sets the calibration mode.
OFF: Set the calibration mode to OFF.
ON: Set the calibration mode to ON.
SYSTEM Sets the system-related parameters.
Limit Buzzer Buzzes when the limit is detected.
ON: Turns ON the limit detection buzzer.
OFF: Turns OFF the limit detection buzzer.
Notice Buzzer Buzzes when operations such as saving or loading parameters are complete.
ON: Turns ON the notice buzzer.
OFF: Turns OFF the notice buzzer.
Interlock Enables or disables the interlock signal.
For more information, refer to Section 5.5.5, "INTERLOCK Input Signal."
OFF: Disables the interlock signal.
ON: Enables the interlock signal.
Display SW Turns ON or OFF the screen.
ON: Turns ON the screen
OFF: Turns OFF the screen.
The DISPLAY key blinks during screen OFF state.
Pressing the DISPLAY key in this state cancels the screen OFF setting.
Remote OFF: Turns OFF the screen only in remote control.
Display Bright Adjusts the screen brightness in eight levels.
1/8 Low: 1/8 brightness, lowest level
2/8: 2/8 brightness
3/8: 3/8 brightness
4/8 Med: 4/8 brightness, medium level
5/8: 5/8 brightness
6/8 Def: 6/8 brightness, default level
7/8: 7/8 brightness
8/8 High: 8/8 brightness, highest level
