3.6 Changing Range

Press again.
The voltage range is raised from 100 V range to 1000 V range. The source value becomes +1 V of
the 1000 V range.
Press .
The voltage range is lowered from 1000 V range to 100 V range. The source value becomes +1 V of
the 100 V range.
Similarly, every pressing lowers the range one by one.
Count fix function:
If the count fix function is set to ON, the source value can be increased ten times (UP) or decreased
to one-tenth (DOWN) without changing the displayed count value when changing the range.

CAUTION:
1. When the 6161-compatible operation is set to ON, changing the range to 1000 V from another range in Oper-
ate status sets the output status to Standby.
2. When the 6161-compatible operation is set to ON and the OPT6166+20 (1 mA/10 mA: compliance voltage
1200 V) is installed, changing the range to 1 mA or 10 mA from another range in Operate status sets the output
status to Standby.
3. When the count fix function is set to ON, every raising the range increases the source value ten times, a hun-
dred times, and a thousand times. Take care not to damage the connected load.
