Cooling System Maintenance
To fill the system:
1. Open the breather valve on top of the
engine.
2. Fill the system until fluid begins to run out
of the breather valve.
3. Close the breather valve and finish filling
the system until fluid is at the COLD mark
on the recovery tank.
4. Install the cap on the radiator and run the
engine until it reaches operating
temperature.
5. Remove the cap from the recovery tank
and refill the tank to the COLD mark. Do
NOT fill the recovery tank from radiator.
6. Install the cap on the recovery tank.
