Prepare the Engine
1. Clean the outside of the engine with a safe
solvent.
2. Clean inside of air cleaner and install new
elements.
3. With engine warm, drain crankcase.
4. Replace the filter and fill with correct oil.
5. Add 0.66L (22oz) of corrosion inhibitor to
crankcase. Run the engine to circulate.
6. Drain, flush, and refill cooling system with
50/50 mixture of antifreeze and water.
Run the engine to circulate.
7. Add .94L (1 qt) of RE23182 coolant
conditioner.
8. Drain water separator.
9. Remove and clean batteries. Store them
in a cool, dry place and keep them
charged.
10. Fill optional windshield washer reservoir
with automotive windshield washer
solution.
CAUTION
Do NOT use gasoline.
