Record Identification Numbers
• Mark your machines with your own unique
numbering system.
• Record the Product Identification Number
(PIN) of the unit, as well as the individual
component identification numbers for
engines, axles, pumps, etc.
• Include the PINs on all documentation,
such as insurance, financial, and warranty
papers.
Keep Proof of Ownership
• Take color photographs from several
angles of each machine.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all
your machines.
• Keep your documented identification
numbers, color photographs, and
inventory in a safe, secure location.
