Cylinder Speed
The cylinder speed switch controls the RPM of
the fourth and fifth picking cylinders. Press
and hold the top part of the switch for higher
RPM. Press and hold the bottom of the switch
for lower RPM.
The tachometer readout (bottom display on
the corner post) displays the RPM of the fourth
cylinder (middle row of bottom photo) along
with the cylinder icon. The small arrow
pointed to in the bottom photo indicates that
the middle line is in use. If the information was
being displayed on the bottom line, the arrow
would be on that line with the number and
icon.
Do NOT operate the cylinder speed below 130
RPM with the engine at full operating speed
(2510 RPM).
The separator must be engaged
for you to change cylinder speed.
