Cab Head Light
1. Remove three screws evenly (A) and
remove headlamp (B).
2. Disconnect wiring (C). Clean dirt from
headlamp.
3. Push in and twist retainer ring (D)
counter-clockwise. The bulb pulls straight
out.
4. Insert new headlamp.
When installing headlamp, adjust as follows:
5. Replace the first two screws, then replace
the bottom screw.
6. Adjust the screws until all three tabs are
flush with the panel.
A – Screws
B – Head Lamp
C – Wire Lead
D – Retainer Ring
CAUTION
Raise feeder house all the way up and
lower safety stop before standing on the
feeder house to replace
or adjust these
bulbs.
NOTE!
Do NOT tighten the screws until
they bottom out. Tightening screws
too
much can break the headlamp.
