Header Drop Rate
Change Drop Rate
The rate at which the header drops is
controlled by the header drop rate screw.
To change the rate:
1. Loosen the nut.
2. Turn the screw OUT for a faster drop or IN
for a slower drop rate.
3. Close the screw, then back off ½ turn.
4. Tighten the nut.
Change Rate for AHC
The header drop rate in automatic should be
very slow (1 inch per second), and the manual
rate should be faster (5 inches per second).
To change the rate:
1. Adjust the header drop rate screw as
described above.
2. Turn the screw in (clockwise) until it
bottoms out.
3. Turn the screw out in 1/8 turn increments
until you achieve the desired speed.
