Seat Operation
The air seat has the operator presence
system. To change the seat to your comfort
level, use the following options.
• Use the push/pull knob to raise and lower
the seat.
• To raise the seat, push the knob in. To
lower the seat, pull the knob out.
• Use the forward/rearward adjustment
handle to slide the seat forward or
rearward.
• Use the vertical adjustment control handle
to raise or lower the front of the seat
cushion.
• Use the attenuator lock-out lever to lockout
or release the forward or rearward
movement. Pull up on the handle to lock;
push down on the handle to release.

NOTE!
If the seat does not “float” or
“pump up,” see your John Deere dealer.
NOTE!
The suspension can be adjusted
to reach limits in the minimum and
maximum heights, which in effect locks out
the suspension system, making it rigid.
The suspension height control also hits the
limits if adjusted too close to the extremes.
