Engine Fan Belt
Replace fan belt as needed.
To replace the engine fan belt:
1. Remove cap screws and spacers.
2. Pull down on the spring loaded idler.
3. Remove the rotary screen drive belt from
the sheave.
4. Pull down on the spring loaded idler.
5. Remove the engine fan belt from the
sheave and remove the belt through the
opening left by the spacers.
6. Pull up on the spring loaded idler and
remove the rotary screen drive belt from
the sheave.
7. Pull down on the spring loaded idler and
remove fan belt. Guide belt around fan to
remove.
8. Guide the new belt around the fan.
CAUTION
ALWAYS shut off engine and remove key
when performing maintenance.
