ClimaTrak™ Automatic Temperature
Control
The ClimaTrak automatic temperature
control system consists of:
A Temperature selector switch
B Mode selector switch
C Fan speed control switch.
The system functions as follows:
With the mode selector switch (B) in the
OFF position, all power to the air
conditioning system is off, including the
pressurizer fan.
With the mode selector switch in the ON
position, power is supplied for normal
functions.
With the mode selector switch in the
DEFOG position, power is supplied to the
compressor to remove moisture from the
air. DEFOG works regardless of the
temperature setting.
The recirculation fan controls air coming
out of the louvers.
The fan speed control switch (C) controls
the variable speed fan. The fan speed
can be set anywhere on the switch. It
also has a “detent” position for automatic
fan speed operation, which determines
fan speed by the difference between set
point temperature and actual cab
temperature. As the temperature
approaches the set point, the fan speed
decreases.
The desired cab temperature is selected
with the tempe
rature selector switch.
Turn the knob to the desired setting.
NOTE!
The cab temperature sensor is
located behind the training seat. Do NOT
cover the sensor as the system may not
operate correctly in the AUTO
mode with
the sensor covered.
