2. Select a protocol by clicking on the drop down list (reference2).
The following protocols can be used for communication and transfer with the remote device
• FTP: File Transfer Protocol
• NFS: Network File System (for Unix like systems)
• SMB: Server Message Block (for Windows and Unix like systems using Samba)
3. Fill out the host name or IP address and corresponding port number (reference 3).
4. Provide the login to establish the communication with the remote device (reference 4).
5. Enter the password used to establish the communication with the remote device (reference 5).
Note: Do not use one of the following characters in the login and password: /, : or @.
6. Enter the path to the content on the remote device (reference 6).
7. When requested, enter the necessary parameters. Click Add to open the parameter selection menu with
default values (reference 7).
