An external brake resistor can have a thermo switch. When the external switch is closed or opened the LED
H4 (over temperature) lights up and the device state changes to error state. All thyristors are disabled, on the
signal bus is error sent.
When the thermo switch changes state to initial condition again the error has to be acknowledged by reset
(X1:4). Refer to ZError acknowledgment of BM50XX– on page 254.
