5.4.8.4 Operation 63. Adjustment of operation pressure setting valve of transmis-
sion hydraulic system
Operation pressure setting valve of the transmission hydraulic system is located on
electrohydraulic distributor 5 (figure 5.4.46).
Operation pressure setting valve of the transmission hydraulic system 1 (figure
5.4.60) sustains oil pressure in the transmission hydraulic system within the range from 1.1
to 1.2 MPa under the nominal engine speed. If pressure remains constantly lower than 1.1
MPa or higher than 1.2 MPa on the warmed-up tractor under nominal engine speed, adjust
valve 1 by changing the number of washers 2. In order to do this, screw valve 1 out of
electrohydraulic distributor housing 4.
Add some washers to increase pressure, and remove some washers to reduce it.

justment washers; 3, 5 spring; 4 electrohydraulic distributor housing; 7 FDA drive lu-
brication valve.

hydraulic system
ATTENTION: IF WORKING PRESSURE OF THE TRANSMISSION HYDRAULIC
SYSTEM DROPS BELOW 0.8 MPa, STOP THE TRACTOR AND ELIMINATE THE FAIL-
URE IN THE TRANSMISSION HYDRAULIC SYSTEM!
FDA drive lubrication valve 7 (figure 5.4.60) sustains oil pressure within the range
from 0.05 to 0.1 MPa under nominal engine speed. Adjustment of valve 7 is identical to
valve 1.
