Install tie strap, P/N 320107 to secure sensor lead
to sensor as shown.
IMPORTANT: DPS-2 Pressure sensors use a
clamp-on ferrite suppressor. Remove the suppres-
sor from the old sensor. Install the suppressor on
the sleeve of the new sensor, within 2 to 4 in. (50
to 100 mm) of the electrical connector.
Be sure to calibrate the steering pressure sensors
after the DPS manifold is re-installed on the out-
board.

Electric Motor
Remove the four screws and washers retaining
the electric motor to the manifold housing.
Remove the electric motor, o-ring and coupler
from the manifold housing.
Clean and dry all parts thoroughly.
Assembly is the reverse of disassembly. Tighten
screws to a torque of 60 to 84 In. lbs.
