DPS Manifold Service

Remove the four DPS manifold o-rings from the
swivel bracket.
Remove the four trim manifold o-rings from the
swivel bracket.
Remove the four trim and tilt filters from the swivel
bracket.
Cleaning and Inspection
Use lint-free shop towels to wipe up spilled
hydraulic fluid.
Installation
Service replacement manifold assemblies may
have filters installed, or included in the packaging.
IMPORTANT: Identify filters and o-rings. Ensure
filters and o-rings are installed in their correct loca-
tions before installing the DPS / Trim and Tilt man-
ifold assembly.
The DPS Manifold uses:
• 4 Filters, P/N 357367, which are 1 in. (25.4 mm)
long.
• 4 O-rings, P/N 326956, which are 0.237 in.
(6 mm) inside diameter, x 0.103 in (2.6 mm)
thick.
The Trim and Tilt Manifold uses:
• 4 Filters, P/N 356937, which are 0.875 in.
(22.4 mm) long,

NOTICE
Apply cleaning solvent to lint-free shop tow-
els to clean hydraulic oil residue from all sur-
faces.
Do NOT spray cleaning solvent on the swivel
bracket. Solvent can seep into oil passages
resulting in contamination of hydraulic fluids.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTE
Dispose of spilled hydraulic fluid or contaminated
shop towels in an environmentally responsible
manner, or according to local regulations.
NOTICE
Make sure ALL mating surfaces of the
DPS/TNT manifolds and stern and swivel
bracket are COMPLETELY CLEAN AND FREE
OF ALL DEBRIS.
Dirt, dust or other contaminants in the
hydraulic system can result in malfunctions
or failures.
