• 3 O-rings, P/N 326956, which are 0.299 in.
(7.6 mm) inside diameter, x 0.103 in (2.6 mm)
thick.
• 1 O-ring P/N 318372, which is 0.306 in
(7.8 mm) inside diameter x 0.179 in. (4.5 mm)
thick.
IMPORTANT: Install o-rings DRY. Do NOT use
grease or adhesives to hold o-rings in position.
If the filters ARE installed into the DPS manifold,
skip this step. If the filters are NOT installed,
install four filters into the DPS manifold as shown.
Insert a new filter into the each swivel bracket oil
passage for the trim and tilt circuit.
Continue to push the filter into the oil passage
until the filter is just below the mating surface.
Place the four DPS o-rings on the swivel bracket.
Then place the four trim and tilt manifold o-rings
on the swivel bracket and over the filters. Install
the large diameter o-ring in the position shown.
Position the manifold assembly close to the swivel
bracket.
