Install the 4 lower mount bolts.
Tighten the nuts to a torque of 67 to 69 ft. lbs. (91
to 93 N·m).
Tighten the lower mount bolts to a torque of 40 to
42 ft. lbs. (55 to 57 N·m).
If equipped, route the DPS harnesses to the DPS
module. Connect the electrical connectors.
Route the harnesses for the trim motor and trim
sender to the starboard side of the engine. Con-
nect the electrical connectors.
Install the rigging center with four screws. Tighten
screws to a torque of 84 to 106 in. lbs. (10 to 12
N·m).
Install the front frame, starboard and port frames
and rear cover. Refer to Engine Cover and
Frame Service.
Next, re-connect all cables, buss cables and
hoses to the engine. Refer to Rigging Informa-
tion on p. 30.
Install the front engine cover.
