Sets or returns One Time Overwrite to EDMAC Slave modem in the form x, where:
0=Off
1=On
EXAMPLE 1: OTO=0 disables One Time Overwrite – EDMAC Slave modem may only remotely accept EDMAC
command from EDMAC Master modem.
EXAMPLE 2: OTO=1 enables One Time Overwrite – EDMAC Slave modem may locally accept ONE remote control
command.
