Details of programmed turns
The Autopilot FAP-2000 allows the operator to design a turn beforehand and to begin execution of the turn when
the START COURSE CHANGE button is pushed. The table below summaries properties of each applicable
steering mode.

(**) "Increase" and "Decrease" lamps indicate "Linear" and "Turn". If those lamps are on, then it is Linear. If the
lamps are off, then it is Turn.
(***) If the difference between the heading and set course is less than 10 degrees, then the situation is interpreted as
Linear.

PTT = Program Track
