CP/LP PATH Option Notes
Bit 10: 1 = SW2 TX LV
Bit 11: 1 = SW2 TX RH
This information overlaps status provided in R370 but is more complete.
It is recommended for a CP/LP-PATH system that R371 be utilized in place of
R370.
C371 commands the feed path selections only. To command the feed CP or LP
mode selection use C370.
Expects one hex digit, bit-mapped:
Bit Set indicates
0 RX feed LCP/VLP
1 RX feed RCP/HLP
2 TX feed LCP/VLP
3 TX feed RCP/HLP
Set both bits 0 for RX (or TX) to not modify current state.
An error occurs if the user attempts to command RX (or TX) to LCP/VLP and
RCP/HLP simultaneously.
Diagnostics:
Real time diagnostic support is provided for CP/LP-PATH in:
“Display system status…’
“Hardware diagnostics…”
“Input states…”
Feedback from all six switches is indicated by name. Note that the status is
negative logic, so a “0” zero indicates that the switch position is asserted.
Switch indications displayed are:
SW1 RXRH = RX RCP/HLP path
SW1 RXLV = RX LCP/VLP path
SW2 TXRH = TX RCP/HLP path
SW2 TXLV = TX LCP/VLP path
SW3 RXCP = Switch 3 in CP position
SW3 RXLP = Switch 3 in LP position
SW4 RXCP = Switch 4 in CP position
SW4 RXLP = Switch 4 in LP position
SW5 TXCP = Switch 5 in CP position
SW5 TXLP = Switch 5 in LP position
SW6 TXCP = Switch 6 in CP position
