In the menu which then appears, menu items which
are no longer needed or those which should not be
changed, can be blocked from appearing in the multi-
function list.
The option to be suppressed/displayed is selected
with the selection keys of the left or right touch pad
then its status is switched over with a tap on the cen-
tre SET key of the right touch pad.

This can reduce the multi-function list considerably, in
some cases to only a few menus, thus substantially
improving clarity of the multi-function list. Options are
not deactivated by being suppressed. They will simply
no longer appear in the list. This also blocks direct
access to these functions.
Tip:
If you wish to forgo access-blockage to the
multi-function list altogether, suppress the
»Code lock« menu in the multi-function list
by way of this menu as a precautionary measure. It is
then not so easy for an unauthorized person to lock
up the transmitter.
