Execution Conditions
Various execution conditions can be set.
Touch the [Condit.] tab in the "condition setup" tab block to display the settings screen for
the execution conditions.
[Conversion], [Calc. setting], [Exter. output], and [Settings] are displayed at the bottom of the
screen.
The [Conversion] screen is displayed right after this screen is displayed.

Conversion Settings
The hardness conversion supports the following eight types of conversion tables:
MITUTOYO HARD STEEL ASTM E140 TABLE 2
MITUTOYO SOFT METAL ASTM E140 TABLE 4
SAE TABLE 1 ISO 18265 TABLE A.1
ASTM E140 TABLE 1 BS 860 TABLE 2,3,4
To change the conversion table, press the change conversion table button.

Changes the conversion table.
The conversion scales that can be selected also change with each
conversion table.
Switch the conversion table, and then touch the hardness scale
button for conversion. The conversion scale that is selected will be
reectedinthetestresults.
Tips
The test may not perform conversion depending on the combination of the test scale and hardness scale of the
conversion table that is selected.
[- - - - - -] is displayed for the conversion results if the test cannot perform the conversion.
