Performs rounding based on the digit setting and complying with "JIS
Z8401 Guide to the rounding of numbers" and "ISO 31-0 Quantities and
units -part0: General principles, Annex B" if set to ON.

Also outputs the maximum depth to the device with the external output

This cannot be selected in the Brinell hardness test.
