Check both ends of cable for proper connection.
Try installing a new cable.
Metal artifacts in

Be sure you are using the proper Trumpf Radiolucent
360 patient supports. See subsection For Use With
on page 251.
Re-evaluate patient, surroundings, and accessories
for metal.
Metal in patient
Wireless remote
cannot find table
Out of range
Move closer. Confirm remote is charged and that this
remote is paired to the system.

Transport failure
AIRO still
connected to
facility mains.
Check if Transport image from the front viewing camera
is on Pendant.
If Transport image does not appear:
1. Ensure that AIRO power cable is unplugged.
2. Ensure that Ring is locked in line with, and at center
of, base.
3. If image still does not appear, see section
12.5 Transport Failure for instructions to manually
move AIRO.
4. Contact service.
Gantry, or Ring,
not locked in
position at
center of base.
The drive
mechanism
failed.
The mechanism
to raise the base
failed, or the
system can’t
transition from
Scan mode to
Transport mode.
AIRO will not
drive when in
Transport mode.
Main Drive
motion
controller is

Check if Transport image from the front viewing camera

If Transport image appears:
1. Restart AIRO.
2. If image reappears but system will not move, see
section 12.5 Transport Failure to manually move

3. Contact service.
AIRO warmup
scans fail
Internal
operation issue.
Restart AIRO and repeat warmup scan. If problem
persists, contact service.
