If the definition file is not specified, select whether to save a new
definition file in the dialog box displayed in step 9.
8 Click [Next].
9 Associate the definition you are importing with that of the phone
book, then click OK.
10 From the FAX Number menu, click Save.
11 Click OK on the confirmation menu.
12 From the FAX Number menu, click Exit.
