junctionboxwithpropercableglands.Thecablescreenmustbeconnectedtothecable
glands.Thecablescreenandthejunctionboxchassismustnotbeconnectedtovessel
ground.Avoidgroundloops.Youmustusethesametypeofcableastheoriginaltransducer
cable,contactKongsbergMaritimeforadvice.
Westronglyrecommendthatyouinstallthetransducercableinasteelconduit.
Cableconnectionsversussoftwarelicenses
WhenmorethanonetransducershallbeconnectedtotheWideBandTransceiver(WBT),
yoursoftwarelicensemustsupportthis.Ifnecessary,additionallicensesmustbepurchased.
Ifyouhaveonlyonelicense,connectyourtransducertosocketsHandJonthe12-pin
Amphenolsocket.
