Context
WhenyoudonotusetheEK80,switchoffthedisplayandtheProcessorUnit.Ifyou
arenotusingtheEK80foralongperiodoftime,werecommendthatyoupoweroffthe
WideBandTransceiver(WBT).Usetheon/offswitchonthepowersupply,ordisengage
thecircuitbreakers.
Procedure
1ClicktheExitbuttononthetopbar.
ObservethattheEK80programclosesdown.
2IftheProcessorUnitdoesnotswitchitselfoffautomatically,usethefunctionality
providedbytheoperatingsystemtoswitchitoffmanually.
3Poweroffthedisplay
Ifrequired,refertotheinstructionsprovidedbythedisplaymanufacturer.
4PoweroffeachWideBandTransceiver(WBT).
TheWideBandTransceiver(WBT)powersupplyisttedwithanon/offswitch.You
mayleavetheunitpermanentlypoweredup.IfyouarenotusingtheEK80foralong
periodoftime,disengagethecircuitbreakers.
