together,andyoumustnotconnectanyofthemtovesselground.
Ifyouneedtosplicethetransducercable,westronglyrecommendtheuseofametal
junctionboxwithpropercableglands.Thecablescreenmustbeconnectedtothecable
glands.Thecablescreenandthejunctionboxchassismustnotbeconnectedtovessel
ground.Avoidgroundloops.Youmustusethesametypeofcableastheoriginaltransducer
cable,contactKongsbergMaritimeforadvice.
Westronglyrecommendthatyouinstallthetransducercableinasteelconduit.

N)onacircular12-pinAmphenoltransducersocket.ThissocketisusedontheGeneral
PurposeTransceiver(GPT),andonsomeversionsoftheWideBandTransceiver(WBT).
Theotherendofthecableispermanentlyxedtothetransducer.
