Temperatureprotection

Anyunitsthatrequiresprotectionagainstextremetemperaturesareidentiedassuchin

theapplicabledocumentation.Theboxusedtotransportandstoresuchunitsareclearly

marked,forexample:

Mustnotbetransportedorstoredintemperaturesbelow-5°Celsius.

Othertemperaturelimitsmaybeusedifapplicable.

Ifaunitneedstemperatureprotection,theboxtobeusedforstorageandtransportationmust

belinedonallwalls,baseandlid,usingminimum5cmthickpolyurethaneorpolystyrene

foam.

Mostsystemunitscannormallybestoredintemperaturesbetween-30°Cand+70°C.Refer

totherelevanttechnicalspecicationsfordetails.

Note

Unlessotherwisespecied,transducersandhydrophonesmustnotbestoredintemperatures

below−10°Candabove+50°C.
