Sanitizing on the EasyPad
Displaying the sanitizing operating context
✔ All instruments are in their holders.
1. Press the
Torque control/Purge fixed key.
 The
Purge operating context is shown on the EasyPad display.
2. Press the favorite key 3 twice.
 The
Sanitizing operating context is displayed.

Error message: Refill with DENTOSEPT P disinfectant
If the Refill disinfectant display appears after the sanitation process is
started, the supply of DENTOSEPT P disinfectant in the reservoir of the
water unit is not sufficient to sanitize the treatment center. Sanitation
cannot be started with insufficient disinfectant; see "Refilling with
DENTOSEPTP disinfectant" [ → 252].
For operation with a stand-alone water supply, the water is first pumped
out of the refill container of the water unit.
Refill disinfectant is then
displayed.
➢ Fill approx. 0.6 liter DENTOSEPT P into the refill container of the
water unit.
 When sufficient DENTOSEPT P has been added, the sanitizing
program will continue.
Error message: Deposit instruments
If “In.X-” or “In.-X” (the X stands for the instrument position on the dentist
or assistant element) appears on the EasyPad display, the treatment
center has detected that not all instruments are in the holders.
The two error messages below mean the following:
The instrument in the first instrument holder of the assistant element is
not in place.
The instrument in the second instrument holder of the dentist element is
not in place.
➢ Check the instruments indicated on the EasyPad display.
 When all of the instruments have been deposited, the sanitizing
program will continue.
