AT#BND=<band>[,<UMTS_band>[,<LTE_band>[,<TDSCDMA_band>[,<LTE_band_over_64>]]]]
Set command selects the current GSM and LTE (CATM and NBIot) bands. CATM and NBIot bands
are set to the same <LTE_band> and <LTE_band_over_64> values.
