Execution command, issued during a FTP connection, deletes a file from the remote working
directory.

This command returns an ERROR result code if no FTP connection has been opened yet.
This command returns an ERROR result code in case of delayed server response.
If this is the case, the #FTPMSG response is temporarily empty; a later check of the
#FTPMSG response will show the server response.

Test command returns OK result code.
