If "MC" is the currently selected phonebook memory storage, a sequence of missed calls
coming from the same number will be saved as one missed call and +CPBR will show
just one line of information.
If all queried locations are empty (but available), no information text lines will be returned,
while if listing fails in an ME error, +CME ERROR: <err> is returned.
