HOLD is displayed on ND either in NAV/ARC or PLAN modes.
For range scales below 160 NM display is shown at full scale following
principle "what you see is what you will fly.
For range scale 160 or 320 NM, or when holding pattern is not the
active or next leg, HOLD is shown by a white arrow that originates at
the associated fix and indicates the direction of the turn.
