Configure the filter mode as refuse on interface gigabitEthernet 1/0/2:

Description
The ipv6 mld snooping filter-id command is used to specify the filter id on
the interface. To disable this configuration, please use no ipv6 mld snooping
filter-id command.
Syntax
ipv6 mld snooping filter-id filter-list
no ipv6 mld snooping filter-id

filter-list —— Specify the filter id list, in format of 1,3,10.
