IMPORTANT
• Before using the electrode insulation deterioration diagnosis function, be sure to disconnect
this product from the control loop.
• While the electrode insulation deterioration diagnosis function is used, the pulse output is not
output correctly.
NOTE
Before using the electrode insulation deterioration diagnosis function, always make sure that
the sensor is in the full pipe state. If the sensor is in the empty pipe state, the function to detect
adhesion may not run normally.

judgeeachlevelcanbespeciedindividually.Ifanoutputexceedsthelevel3orlevel4value,a
warning message is displayed.
