5.9.9 Diagnosing Low Conductivity (only available for AXG,
not for AXW)
The low conductivity diagnosis function calculates conductivity from the resistance value and size
oftheelectrodeanddisplaysawarningiftheconductivityfallsbelowthespeciedvalue.
For details about the alarm and warning, refer to Subsection 5.6.1. Also, for the conductivity
value, refer to Subsection 5.1.3.
Thesettingcanbeconguredwiththefollowingparameters.
