Iftheowrateexceedstheowratespan,theerroroftheowrate%increases.
• Foralinewithastableowrate,settheowratespantoapproximately1.5to2.0timesthe
normalowrate.
• Settheowrateforwhichtheowvelocityiscomparabletotherangefrom0.3to10m/s.
Checktheowvelocityusingthesizingdatadescribedinthegeneralspecications.Ifthe
owvelocityischeckedusingtheparameter,itdisplaysthevalueobtainedbyconvertingthe
speciedowratespantotheowvelocity.

Besuretosettheowrateunitrstwhentheowrateunitanditsspanvaluearechangedatthe
same time.
5.1.6 Damping Time Constant Setting
Theowrate-relatedprocessvalue(owvelocity,volumetricowrate,massowrateand
calorie),thedampingtimeconstantforownoise(63.2%response)andthedampingtime
constantforAIFBoutputcanbespecied.Toreduceanoutputuctuationorchangethe
responsespeed,changethedampingtimeconstant(defaultvalue,3.0seconds).
Forapistonpump,etc.,thepulsingowofupto1Hzcanbemeasuredwithanoutputdamping
of 0.1 seconds.
Thesettingcanbeconguredwiththefollowingparameters.
