 Write lock function
A write lock can be changed with two methods; the hardware write lock switch and the parameter
settings(softwarewritelock).
For details about the software write lock function, refer to Section 5.12.
 Simulation function
The simulation function is to imitate function block input. This function makes it possible to test
the function block and alarm-processing system on the downstream side.
For details about the simulation function, refer to Section 5.13.
 Pulse output, frequency output, and status output
This product has terminals for outputting pulse or status for calibration. The pulse/status terminal
shouldbealwaysusedo󰀪ine.Whenthepulseoutputisused,thepulsewidthorpulseratecan
beselected.Whenafrequencyoutputisused,outputsat0%and100%canbespeciedforthe
span of the process value. When the status output is used, the product status can be output as
the status output. For both pulse output and frequency output, the low-cut values can be set.
For details about each output and the setting procedures, refer to Section 5.14.
NOTE
The pulse output, frequency output and status output should be used only at calibrating, and not
used when normally running.
